Eureka Icon

Poor Eureka will probably never get to be featured on my icon, since I am apparently incapable of making an icon with him in it that is anywhere close to 15kb in file size. I guess I just like long animations? I wanted to make his eyes sparkle a bit (he's gazing in wonder at the Archimedean spiral, the doof), but it's 300 frames and I'm too lazy to go back and edit each one.
